On May 2, 2010, the National Theatre in Prague was mounting a special concert of radiant diva Violeta Urmana. This sopranist has to her name countless beautiful and critically acclaimed roles - Aida at Milan's Scala, Tosca in Florence, the title role in Strauss's Ariadne auf Naxos at the MET and Bellini's  Norma in Dresden, to name but a few.

Accompanied on the PETROF Mistral grand piano by Jan Philip Schulze, she delivered the songs by Poulenc, Duparc, Mahler, Strauss or Rachmaninov.
